At first I felt a little resistance to coaching, I really did not see myself coming out of what I was going through….
But I realized that I really was pushing myself to do better and go out of my comfort zone with each session. I felt that I didn’t at least try nothing was going to change for me, and I needed a change. And the coaching definitely helped me to change.
The little steps (of the online training – 10 steps to become a leader) of 10 in total helped me. It was about small changes between sessions that built up to a big change for me. It helped me to take it step by step and to reflect on what I did in the weeks between the sessions.
Goals where for me;
To feel more confident and to set boundaries.
The result of the coaching whas a 9 for me.
